After years of pushing through pain, Jeff experienced a severe neurological crash that left him unable to walk or work for nearly six months. Surgery seemed inevitable. Instead, he chose a different path, and a treatment, focused on the spine and Central Nervous System, is what gave him his life back.

That journey became the foundation of Spine Frequency.

From the very first appointment Jeff was friendly, professional and genuinely took the time to understand what was going on rather than just treating the symptoms. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference since seeing him and I really appreciate how knowledgeable and thorough he is. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Oh my gosh, after nearly twelve months of chronic back pain visiting Phyio,s , chiropractor having spine injections costing me a fortune to not work.  My wonderful daughter in law recommended Spine Frequency and told me her friend had a motorcycle accident and was in a bad way until she went to Jeff at Spine Frequency and hasn’t looked back. Well it was the best day of my life. I was on so much pain medication and now I’ve cut it down by 3/4. His technique is amazing that I can now do a lot more things without pain. I’m now doing exercises to strengthen my muscles which is exciting to think I can get down on the floor AND get up without help or pain. If you are thinking of visiting Jeff but are hesitant. Please give him a go I can’t speak highly enough of Jeff.  I’ve had 9 sessions and my family told me I’m walking better, looking better and me myself are sleeping much better and feel wonderful. Had a constant headache, couldn't move my head without pain.  Hips, knees and lower back were screaming at me. He has helped so much. Pain free. Movement much better.
